Our story began in August 2012 with JL Shopfit: a small team, a shared pride in craftsmanship and a belief that good work starts with good people. Building retail spaces was the work. Building trust was what helped us grow.
As our clients’ needs changed, we grew with them. Rapid Retail Response followed in 2020, bringing a dedicated team to alterations, installations and national rollouts. In 2024, Rapid Facilities Response added integrated facilities management, connecting hard and soft services with the coordination and accountability needed to keep spaces working.
Today, JLS Group brings together three specialist businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Clients can engage one team for a single requirement or draw on the group as their spaces open, change and grow. Each business brings its own expertise, with people who stay close to the work.
What connects us is how we work together. Honest conversations. Practical care for the detail. Respect for the people on every side of a job. From our own teams to clients, contractors and suppliers, we want relationships worth building on, and work we can be proud of together.

Supporting Cure EB Foundation
We support Cure EB Foundation through time, sponsorship and fundraising. Alongside our partners, we help coordinate gifts for fundraising events, promote event tickets and raise awareness of epidermolysis bullosa (EB).
EB is a group of rare genetic conditions that make the skin extremely fragile. Everyday contact can cause painful blistering and wounds, with care needs that can affect every part of daily life.
Cure EB Foundation funds research to improve treatments and find a cure for EB.
