Safety, Quality & Contractor Governance

Practical controls built around the work, the site and the people delivering it. Scope-specific evidence can be discussed with our team.

Before Work Starts

Review contractor capability, relevant licences, insurance and safe work documentation. Agree site-specific inductions, access requirements and responsibilities before attendance.

During Delivery

Hazard identification, risk assessment, toolbox briefings and site inspections support safe working. Incidents and non-conformances are recorded, investigated and followed through with corrective actions.

Quality At Each Stage

Material verification, manufacturing checks, in-progress inspections and pre-handover defect reviews keep the specification in view. Handover and defects close-out are documented.

Supplier And Contractor Oversight

Due diligence, agreed contractual obligations, ethical procurement and escalation pathways support contractor management. Documentation and performance are reviewed against the work being delivered.

Records And Reporting

Project records support delivery and handover. For RFR engagements, JAZZ supports work orders, service documentation, asset history and agreed client reporting.

Johns Lyng Group policy references

For procurement and assurance reviews, these official group documents provide useful context. The Supplier Code of Conduct applies to JLG-controlled entities, including subsidiaries. For certificates, licences or evidence relevant to a particular JLS engagement, speak with our team about the covered entity and scope.
