Leadership Team
From his beginnings as a carpenter and joiner to more than 20 years in business leadership, Andrew combines sharp commercial judgement with a natural understanding of people. Fair and measured, he brings people together, backs his team and builds lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Composed under pressure and known for his work ethic, Leigh brings more than 20 years’ experience in retail fitout and project delivery. With the group since 2013, he pairs a practical approach with steady leadership, keeping teams focused through the demands of complex projects.
Driven and uncompromising on quality, Katherine brings more than a decade’s experience in retail fitout, national operations and client partnerships. Having helped establish Rapid Retail Response and Rapid Facilities Response, she draws on that experience to shape how the group grows and who it partners with.
Dina pairs exceptionally high standards with an innovative approach to projects, procurement and operations. A decade at Myer taught her to see the work from the client’s side, and she draws on long-standing relationships with overseas manufacturers to bring complex requirements together.
Anthony brings 15 years’ experience in retail leasing and commercial property, with strong relationships across retailers, landlords and asset owners. Relentless in pursuing opportunities, he takes the time to understand what clients need and connects them with the right expertise across JLS Group.
